J.W. MacIntosh Community Support Services’ volunteers are responsible for:
- carrying out their volunteer duties faithfully, and with commitment
- serving as a positive representatives of the agency in the community
- attending orientation sessions, meetings and training sessions in order to be equipped for their volunteer role
- respecting and follow organizational guidelines, such as confidentiality
- operating within the scope of volunteer activity and responsiblity
- being honest about your personal limitation and time contraints

Since April 1st to December 31st, 2019, the volunteers of J.W. MacIntosh Community Support Services:
- Delivered 8,873 Meals on Wheel
- Provided 2,386 One Way Trips
- Served and Assisted with 2,045 Dinners
- Assisted 30 Clients at the Adult Day Program
