Transportation for seniors and disabled adults residing in the municipality of South Dundas is provided for medical appointments and Adult Day program. Transportation is provided by trained volunteers using private vehicles or the agency owned van. Transportation is a door to door service and needs to be booked at least two business days prior to an upcoming appointment.
Clients are charged from their home to the appointment location at $0.50/km and are also responsible to pay any parking fees.
