P ark Drive Villa is a 2 story apartment complex for those 65 and older and is attached to J.W. MacIntosh Community Support Services.

• Units include Energuide refrigerator and stove.
• Energy efficient windows suitable for window air conditioners
• Common areas are used for tenants planned activities, informal visiting, and are available to book for family gatherings.
• Elevator and lift to access second floor

Park Drive Villa has units which are accessible for individuals with physical disabilities, in addition to accessible entrances, an elevator and a lift.

Units are available at market rent, as well as subidized rent for seniors with modest incomes. Tenants are required to pay their own heating, hydro, telephone and TV connections.

Park Drive Villa has been able to provide homes for many local residents in their own community since 1985. Park Drive Villa offers many opportunities for socialization and other activities with other residents as well as members of the community.
